How can I really get to know people better at Emmanuel?

Home Fellowship Groups:

Home Fellowship Groups are probably the single best way to connect at Emmanuel. We meet in apartments throughout the city for friendship, worship, Bible study and prayer, and these communities become the most common places where we care for one another, serve together, and deepen relationships within the church.

Friday evenings on 105th street

a group for parents and kids on Friday mornings
a Wednesday evening group in Washington Heights
a Westchester group

Finding God in New York
If there is a loving God out there (and there is), why should it come as a surprise to us that he would do whatever is necessary to make himself clear and accessible? Why should it come as a surprise that he would actually come searching for us?

God is there - accessible, loving, and knowable. There is ample reason for believing he exists. But you won't actually find him until you trust him. And you won't really trust him until you trust Jesus, the one whom he sent.

Don't permit a fashionable cynicism to deprive you of the relationship for which you were made.
